What is your service area for US Limo World?

We provide Limousine Service in Metropolitan Washington DC and Downtown Baltimore areas. We can take the passengers from and to these areas from anywhere in the United States or Canada.

How can I check the availability of a vehicle?

Please call US Limo World today at 202-241-5466 to request for your preferred vehicle and confirm the availability, we are positive that we will arrange your desired vehicle on the day of your choice.

How can I pay for my reservations?

All reservations must be prepaid by any payment method. We accept all Major Credit cards and Checks. US Limo World Chauffeurs don’t usually carry cash, due to safety concerns, and require that you provide the credit card for imprint if you want to charge the limo to your credit card, extra gratuities can be paid cash if you choose so, or billed to your credit card or corporate account. Limo Reservations are confirmed and Credit Cards are charged 24 hours in advance unless you specifically tell the limo reservations department that you’ll be paying in cash. Please be aware if a cash given to Chauffeur it will be considered an additional gratuity & cannot, by labor law, be recovered from limo driver.

Is US Limo World closed on any holidays?

NO. As Baltimore and Washington DC’s premier ground transportation provider, we are open every day.

What is a STC surcharge?

STC is a surcharge based upon various overhead expense items, some of which may not relate to the specific trip. The STC is always calculated as a flat percentage of the base rate. Fuel Surcharge and Tax.

How do I get a duplicate receipt from US Limo World

Your receipts are always available online. Just log into your account and get the receipts or Contact our accounting department at 1-202-241-5466 Ext 3. They will fax or email your receipt to you immediately.

Can US Limo World accommodate passengers in wheelchairs?

US Limo World does provide wheelchair facilities, Please call US Limo World in advance for a wheel chair, there will be an extra charge for this service.

Does US Limo World provide child safety seats in your vehicles?

YES. We do offer car seats for an extra charge. We have a variety of different car seats based upon request. We have Booster, Infact and Toddler seats available. Also, all of our vehicles are equipped with the proper seat belts, and you are welcome to bring your own child seat.

What languages are available for this tour?

The majority of the tours and services are available in English only. If you want to request for a specific language please call US Limo World Customer Service Agents for availability.

Can you drink in US Limo World's limo?

Drinking is not allow in case of journey or travel, it is illegal . But in case of Limo it happens privately because the main difference is the passenger Stretch Limousines are completely separated from the driver, in the back of a limo you are being chauffeured, and are closed off from the driver.

Does US Limo World have a lost and found department?

Yes. Please contact our customer service department at 202-241-5466 between 9:00 a.m. and 5:00 p.m., Monday through Friday. We will do our best to help you locate any lost items.

Why is the amount charged different from the amount I was quoted?

Your rate quote is based on the information provided at the time your reservation was made. Additional charges can result from changes to your service during your trip, such as extra stops, waiting time, or extending the duration of your charter. If you do not feel that you had any additional services, please call our accounting department at 202-241-5466 to review your charges.

Do US Limo World Chauffeurs meet passengers in the airport?

Yes, we offer several different services from baggage meets to on-site coordinators for large groups.

What are your hours of operation for US Limo World?

US Limo World is open 24 hours a day, 7 days a week, 365 days a year. Your phone call will always be answered by a professional and friendly customer specialist. We never close!

Can US Limo World provide on-site coordinators and meet & greet services?

Yes, we can provide on-site coordinators and meet & greet services for your group. There is an extra charge for Coordinators. Ask one of our customer service representatives for more details.
